The Government has delayed the implementation of the pension provisions under the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 (‘the Regulations’). All other provisions of the regulations will come into force on 1 October 2006, as planned, with the pension provisions coming into force on 1 December 2006 or possibly a later date.
